With 7.5 years of experience I'm at L9 with 20LPA fixed.

For 7 years 13.3lcks comes under an average pay, either not too low nor too high, but u can expect 18 to 20lpa for 7 yoe

Super under paid

Bhai.. if you are good in your skill then its less.. n if u r an average engineer then its good. Now reality you know yourself.

I am on the same boat as you and yes we are underpaid , people with less exp are getting more than us , pls switch

At level 10, Mine is 9.45 fixed Total YOE is 8.9 years

Not good pay as of 2025, can ask for 20lpa Company getting way more from client than we think for 7yoe Better switch and care for you. Not for company as companies do not care for us too
