You are not underpaid if you have work life balance as most of the team leads in Accenture do not have that but their fixed is around 20 L

I am also at same level of underpaid. Fixed is 15.28 yoe-10, location- Kolkata Got bonus of 15%.
Total -15.28 + 2.25 bonus + 1.2 lakh shift allowance. - total around 18.7 LPA Am I underpaid for Kolkata location?
