You will get training if required, otherwise you can ask for any training you want.
If you are taken then definitely they will have a project in mind to put you in but in case if you fail to match their expectations you will be kept on the bench.
In the project it means no problem but if on the bench then they will see the status for a few days and then they train you and give you a project 😉
