Trending @Accenture; Accenture Experience Letter Policy – Urgent Help Needed

Hi all,

I resigned from Accenture with my last working day in April 2025. Since then, I’ve been requesting an experience letter, as required by my future employer.

Accenture HR responded saying they only issue such letters for:

Green Card

Immigration/Citizenship

Higher Education

Work Permit

They clearly mentioned they do not issue experience letters for employment purposes, and instead asked me to rely on the relieving letter — which doesn't mention my roles and responsibilities.

This is really disappointing and putting me in a tough spot during onboarding with my new employer.

Has anyone who left Accenture recently managed to get such a letter for job purposes? Or is there someone from the HR team here who can confirm this policy and suggest any alternative?

No, you’ll not get. You’re relieving letter is your experience letter in this case where they mention your DOJ and LWD. That’s it and it’ll be accepted by almost all employers

You need to get such letters before the last working day. It's part of the exit formalities (get all documents which are necessary), once you leave only relieving letter will be given.
