Trending @Accenture; Accenture double standards
This company is happy to hire for analyst position with a pay approx 12 LPA. But existing employee at 9 LPA and senior analyst position can’t expect salary hikes due to macro economic situation around the globe.

Chutiya hogya hai Senior Management aajkal…. Pta nhi kha marwake aare hai bsdk

The situation is so bad that now Accenture is hiring from tier 3 colleges. It never use to do that before.

Analysts and Consultants from Strategy and Consulting dept work as same as SSE or TL in many ATCI projects yrt their pay is double and in ATCI less promotion and less hikes

Maybe ….but this does make feel like not working in Atci or Accenture itself. Rather I’ll work for mid size companies where the pay is not based on departments but the knowledge, experience & loyalty.

In S&C we are Pace tagged employees, so if we don't get promotion within TAL/MAL target, automatic PIP. Also apart from project work, you are expected to work additional 2-3 hrs daily on practice work like BD, MD&I, RFP so salary is high as compared to ATCi.

It is not only Accenture but this is common across any organisation these days. Internal folks don’t get promoted easily or they even earn way too low than market standards for any role. They are ready to give anything between 25-45% while hiring outside but internally they merely give 5-10%, on exceptional cases it may go to 20-25% but depends on company, team, projects, location, and so many other internal factors.

Exactly but at the same time they shouldn’t expect us to be loyal to the company, which they cry about everyday.

Every company will end up saying same. Loyalty looks good in books. People say they really love job and they want more challenges in their work, complex projects and so on, but what is ground reality? At the end game is for money, better role, complex projects will let you excel and then earn more money.
In case you feel you are not getting what you need, try outside. Of course you may not get everything in one place so in private jobs we have to continuously move cross and above.
At times i wonder how do people manage to sit at one company for 10+ years, they say oh we are here for decade. Strange but are they earning so high every year? Or they are so comfortable in their spots. Or they are afraid to try outside…. India mein rehkar expenses kaise cater ho rhe hai with such high inflation on mehengai😂

This is the story of every home. You have to switch!

Joined in 2021 This sept I'll be completing 3 years. Sitting at 4.8 LPA Carrying overall 5 years of experience.
Thought it was the budget issue at the previous project, I changed it
Shall I expect something and stay or what?

Exactly. That's the reason Accenture is hiring resources from other companies and if they fail to deliver the service they will be in PIP

What is PIP

Performance improvement program. In simple terms they will give tasks which are not achievable and saying resources is not improving and terminates from company

The biggest scam was when they wrote us the email that there would be no hike and no promotions, and still some favourite employees of manager got promotion with 25% hike.
I don't think hardwork matters anymore. All that matter is your extroversion, your relation with senior management and how much you can speak, even if it is bullshit, and even if you have 0 skill and 0 knowledge, you would be promoted. Greatttt......idiots and non-competent people are ruling over you now.

I joined Accenture as an Analyst but still they are giving me an existing employee salary and same with my colleagues who came from other organizations. I never heard someone getting 12lpa at analyst level who joined as a lateral

Tera aur tere dost ka kaata gaya hai.
