Trending @Accenture; Accenture doesn’t value loyal employees

I have been working at Accenture for 4 years. Two years back I received one promotion after clearing Tech Leap. Since then, I haven't received any further promotions, and my variable pay hasn't been satisfactory. Meanwhile, I see people with 3+ years of experience joining at my senior level and earning twice my current salary.
