Accenture document submission - what to share for experience letter when I am in first org

Hi,

I cleared Technical Interview and am now being asked to submit documents for proceeding further. One document that is mandatory to submit is the previous organisation's relieving/experience. I don't have this as I am currently working in my first organisation and am not on notice period. I called the HR but even they were not able to help. Kindly let me know what I can do to proceed.
