Accenture CTC explanation

I got an offer from Accenture for 11.4 lpa as a fixed, And total CTC 13.5lpa.

  1. Can someone explain to me what is a 21% variable bonus?

  2. What is my per month salary in hand ?

  3. How would you calculate per month?

  4. From my fixed ctc, is it insurance, gratuity, and the internet bill will be deducted from my fixed ctc. ?

  1. 21% is the max variable bonus which is paid biannually (is not fixed, Accenture is paying less ~15% average)
  2. Per month you can calculate reducing the pf and professional tax from your fixed pay.
  3. Already added in the above point.
  4. Insurance is covered under fixed pay here, they would have shared the bifurcation. Internet reimbursement is completely different, paid extra, not included in fixed or ctc.
