Trending @Accenture; Accenture BGC

One of my friends is working in a company where there is a one year bond. She has to pay 3 lacs and serve a notice period of 3 months as well if she leaves within a year. The company culture is not good so she gave interviews outside and got an offer in Accenture.

She doesn't want to pay the amount and wants to join Accenture.

She also shared to Accenture that she is an immediate joiner, currently not working anywhere.

She will be sharing the UAN with the Accenture, in the same UAN she is getting salary in the current company.

Will she face issues in Background verification due to this?

She has only worked for 4 to 5 months in this company. Will it matter this much?

Last 2 company BGC is done by Accenture based on the epfo portal.. she will be out BGC.

Accenture usually accept late joining .You need to give them reason for joining late & delay joining for 3 month .

Serve notice period there & then join Accenture.. bonds are not legal in India & reliving can't be hold based on bond

If she was worked for below 6 months in the previous company then it won't create any problem if it was more than 6 months means then it will be difficult
