Can someone please list out the accenture benefits which it provides to its employees…like internet expense…free shuttle…free…annual health checkups…
- Internet expense upto 1000 rs
- reimbursement to annual checkups upto 5000 rupees
- shuttle isn't free as far as I know.
- health insurance upto 5lkhs Improved leave policy
- 12 casual 12 sick leaves 18-20earned leaves per year.
Cons: Variable pay is very less when compared to promised in CTC . Promotion after coming level 11 or 10 is really tough. Hikes are a myth since last 1.5 year.😅
Consider both pros and cons decide accordingly
just a correction on last point of Pros,
- Casual+Sick leaves = 12 per year, Earned leaves = 18 per year Shuttles is free to employees but charged back to the project cost centre
Sick and earned leaves are location specific, sick are not there for Maharashtra.
Yeah these are benefits but don't expect salary hikes..many folks are working without hikes from last 2 years... I would say go to the organisation which doesn't provide shit benifits Iike upto 5k reimbursement, shuttle and all... it's better just join organisation which provides hikes and fixed pay... afterall money matters...we will take care our needs from money One more point, they have improvement in leave policy but once you assigned a project then you won't be able to use leaves... becouse there is soo much pressure for deadlines, quality work, documentation for task etc...when you will take leave in between... in short you won't get time...also if urgent leave then you have to arrange a backup from your own so that back up person will take care your tasks...
I don't think so. In Time and expenses . I have sick leaves and earned leaves seperately counted.
