Trending @Accenture; Accenture becoming worse day by day
How to handle upper levels if they are playing politics and harassing. What can I do in this situation.
Btw please do not come to Jaipur Accenture. There is a cartel of friends or known once coming from the same organisation.
Don’t take anything into heart brother, this is just an organisation, if you are not intrested just tell them not to behave like this, if you have already completed 18 month in your project just ask them an exit. No one have a right to stop you.
That's the issue I have not completed 18 months and now they have held my bonus.
Nothing will happen. If you have visibility with the leaders above them only then things will workout. If not. Then ruthlessly uspskill and move out.
What about people who are loyal to Accenture and management doesn't even care after 4 years of hardwork,they don't provide opportunities to grow they give peanuts of variable pay from 3 years, no increment ,no promotion from 3 yrs, what is your suggestion for people at level 8 or level 7 in such case.
