Accenture Band 7 for 12 Yoe , how much I could expect

I am about to get a offer from Accenture

YOE : 12 Years Current Salary : 28 LPA(Fixed) + 2.8 LPA (Variable)

• 8.5 LPA ( additional) Current Company : SAP Labs Accenture offering : Band 7

All the Rounds went awesome , please let me know how much should I ask?
