I got an offer from accenture with joining date as 28 June, but when there was no update from there side I called HR she told me that there is some delay in background verification and we will revise your joining date.
Is it normal to face such issue when you have already left previous company on the basis of this new offer letter..?
If someone has faced the same issue please guide me with the time that it might take.

Many ppl have reported similar experiences, where they were asked to upload documents and were assured of a joining date, only to face delays. It is advisable to have an alternate offer in hand and maintain communication with HR for updates.
