Accenture Application Stuck After Cooling Period – Need Guidance

I attended an interview with Accenture in the last week of November and was not selected. I was informed to reapply after a cooling period of 3 months.

Now, it has been more than 3 months, but my previous application is still active in the system, and I’m unable to mark it inactive or reapply. I’ve raised multiple tickets and sent several emails explaining the situation clearly, but the response I keep receiving is the same generic message: “Please reapply after 3 months.”

Despite clarifying that the cooling period is already over, I’m not getting any proper resolution. This is really frustrating, especially since hiring is actively happening right now, and I might miss good opportunities because of this issue.

Has anyone faced a similar situation with Accenture?

How did you get your old application deactivated?

Is there any specific team or escalation process that works faster?

Any direct way to reapply or bypass this issue?

Would really appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this and apply as soon as possible.
