Yoe-7yrs Can someone give me some insights of this company? Are there projects in pipeline? How is the work culture? Are there increments happening every year? Any more information about anything? @Accenture guys??

Your skillset?
For 7 years, you should aim for atleast 21-22 LPA fixed. Minimum.
My juniors (less than 5 years experience) have jumped from 8 LPA to 18 LPA fixed (+3 Lakh variable on top) in service based companies.
So for 7 years... You should aim for atleast 21 LPA fixed.
For 8 years experience, Accenture offered me last time 25 LPA fixed.
I am talking more w.r.t fix as the variable part at Accenture is pure scam - you will never get 100%. Getting 50% variable in Accenture also needs good luck.
Join Accenture only if fix amount looks good.
They don't give good hikes nowdays.
My juniors left Accenture for the very same reason to jump outside the 8 LPA bracket.
