Accenture Advice

I recently got an offer from Accenture strategy for consultant role and level 9 grade the compensation discussed is 22-23lpa out of this 17-18LPA is fixed. Currently in Deloitte India at 11lpa fixed. Yoe-7yrs Can someone give me some insights of this company? Are there projects in pipeline? How is the work culture? Are there increments happening every year? Any more information about anything? @Accenture guys
