I'm scared to join Accenture based on the information I came to know about the company regarding excessive work and no time for family. No weekend time with family. Work for 11 12 hours per day.
What should I do ? Please suggest
If it’s an urgent need or you are under crisis, join it else look for other options. I know my friend’s wife was totally harassed even after spending this working hours. Now she was asked to resign by next month.
I also got an offer, and it's really shocking in the offer letter it's mentioned that, employees are required to work more than 9 hrs , if required ( in India if required is always) what a bull shit . Pity that we Indians never got independence, we are still slaves.
I also got a shortlist from Accenture for Analyst profile. I am in an IT product based company right now. Shall I think of switching to Accenture? They would only offer me 30-40% hike.
