I think their will be some rules and regulations for hike, if a employee is giving 100% efforts frm his end, YTF they r not giving any promotions, hikes, recognitions. All these things are meant for big fishes not for labours? This looks like slavery in accenture, i am not satisfied 😕 with this company, definitely will delete prod database and the backup nd drop papers!
