Academic Break - Is it viable in current job market?
I am planning a 9-month academic break to upskill and deepen my expertise. With AI increasingly automating repetitive and lower-skill roles, I believe now is the right time to invest in future-ready capabilities and ensure long-term career relevance.
I am currently a data analyst at 2 - wheeler manufacturing company and is part of analytics team meaning who does not deal with modelling and advanced stuff.
Would appreciate your thoughts on the viability of taking such a break in this fast-changing job landscape
