Absconding from NP — consequences?
Fresher, 6 months FTE + 6 months intern. 90-day NP. Have a previous 3 month internship at a startup.
Got an offer with 90% hike, need to join Jan first week. Resigned a month ago — would need to leave ~50 days early.
New company is ready for buyout or slightly delayed joining. Current company won't engage — manager postpones, HR useless. Month of trying, no decision.
New company suggesting I abscond. They'll BGV from my previous role.
Questions:
- Long-term problems with "absconded" tag?
- If I offer buyout, can they still withhold relieving?
- Real F&F impact?
- Did it hurt future switches?

If you get PF from 2 different orgs in the same month then ur bgv will get flagged heavily.
