Absconding company A to join company B

Hi, I have got one offer in company A and I joined them two days back. Now I received an offer from company B which is some 5 lakhs more than company A. Company A has no PF since the employee headcount is under 20 and has 90 days notice period. Will it create any problem in my UAN if I abscond?

If no pf then no problem.

So it won't show in my UAN right. Sorry I'm naive in this that's why I'm double checking

I joined a startup after leaving tech MNC, there was no PF in the startup. When I switched from Startup to another big MNC, my new service account was created within EPF. Every company creates a service account attached to your UAN. While switching from startup you can tell the other company that I do not have PF in my current company. Then they will provide a form to create a PF service account.

If you already have a PF account in the last company, then the new company generally merges/transfers old service account with the new one.

Nothing to worry about, read about it by doing a google search. 😀
