Is there any suggestions or someone who already did this. I was completed 2 months in capgemini. I am on bench and on probation as well. I got better offer now but the joining is on 21 st April and the last working date in capgemini is 9 June. I sent multiple mails or pings to people manager but got no response. I want to abscond now. Is there any suggestions.
