Absconding capgemini

Is there any suggestions or someone who already did this. I was completed 2 months in capgemini. I am on bench and on probation as well. I got better offer now but the joining is on 21 st April and the last working date in capgemini is 9 June. I sent multiple mails or pings to people manager but got no response. I want to abscond now. Is there any suggestions.

In the future job changing will be difficult. If a company does background verification using UAN. You need an experience letter reliving letter for that company. Don't do that. Fight the HR or manager to get released early.

absconding is not good practice. In the future u wil face a lot of trouble in your career. or legal issues. serve notice period then join new company.

Hello you can abscond and write an email to HR and bu hr saying that you will not be able to work further due to extreme issue and want to end the employment next week. They will arrange and may ask some money like 50k

I talk to the hr of new company she is ready for wait upto 9th June they are ready to give the joining on 9th June and the LWD is also 9th June Monday she told me to take LWD as 6th June Friday I ask to the current company hr to leave me on 6th I have some personal commitments but he is not ready for 1 day as well. He is giving the references of policies and all. Any suggestions.

Abscond is the only way.When you are in probation.employees should be given only 1 month notice.
