Abscond from TCS

Hi all- if anyone have solution or suggestions for this

One of my friend is abscond from tcs in last year feb recently he got one letter from tcs, in letter his should be present within 48hrs in tcs office. And his ready work with tcs again… could you please help with some suggestions or process to get job back.
