Abscond from TCS
They are not giving me early release. I don't want an experience letter ( it's been just a few months since I joined ).
Will there be any other issue if I just abscond from TCS ?

Not the lwp part- but you can get early release on medical grounds if you manage to get some medical certificates
I'm on notice period. Getting too much problem because of that. So you better swipe in and out properly. Parallely look for an other job . Then send notice email. you might get released.then get out of TCS. Don't do this abscond stuff.
What is your reason to resign just within a few months? I DM'ed you btw.
UAN number will always show TCS as your employer so in future it will be difficult for you to justify why you left tcs without experience letter
Yes bro,as it can pose an issue in later end,if you want to get release from project to bench try by requesting ur supervisor or else an escalation to his senior or client should work to get the same without any issue else try by finding some other offer which are ok with NP so that you could be relieved without any issue as the absconding may become an issue in the later end seeing the current situation where some have made almost every of their rules bit more strict to some started suprising background check
So the problem here is not an experience letter...that is the last thing when you put your resignation and leave with your usual exit date... Its about returning your assets, ID card....etc. Also if you have any last settlements, your salary for the last month...everything would be at stake.... And i hope you are not planning to return to TCS or any Tata company in future.....because that i s surely not going to work when a BCG is done....
