Abrupt deallocation from project

Someone I know was deallocated abruptly from his project. However, he has not received any communication from HR/RMG nor has any meeting communication been made. Any ideas what this might be?

That is the worst case scenario I already thought of. However, based on what I know, deallocation wasn’t done until RMG discussion and subsequently relieving the associate. This sounds twisted. What are the chances of escaping this if he finds a project willing to onboard him?

If he is on fluidity list then, RMG may not allow allocation in the next account and he may be paid off. Same thing happened to me.

He may be right n fluidity list and that’s why he was abruptly deallocated. He may be asked to resign next.

So expect that person being layed off this week itself.

He will get a call from HR and RMG soon and will be terminated the same day. As per what I have heard and observed, management is in a rush to achieve their "XYZ" target by any means before 30 Sep. As the quarterly result is on 9th Oct and management has to share the details with media.
