Abroad masters in UK a Good decision?

Currently I am facing a dilemma whether to pursue msc in cybersecurity from UK or not , a lot of inputs are further confusing me , currently have 2 years of experience and have done BCA. Will it be beneficial for me to take up the course . Also will the organisation recognise it or not if done on a sabbatical leave. If anyone working from UK could guide if it is worth it ? Please help !!!!!
