Above C3B notice period should reduce to 1 month

In TCS middle management completed neglected. I feel in variable payments. C3B & above make 1month notice period atleast they will move out faster if it's 1 month or 45 days like before 2012. Please suggest.. 🤔🤔🤔

The notice period should be the same for all the grades. Just to be fair to everyone.

They why variable pay not same for everybody.. just to fair( resentful about why there is no transparency of how they derived to 45% or 35% ) they say it's vertical & company performance but what formula derives that digit.. what's vertical quarter results no where mentioned
