Atleast the HR or higher management could do a mail communication stating that the revision letters for C3B and above will be released on so and so date. Or have the decency to say that it won't be given this year at all. Delaying it indefinitely without any communication gives off cheap lala company vibes. All sorts of rules, subrules, bye rules are put in everyday for the employees, but there's no rulebook whatsoever for the company. Just do as you like. All the more I think there should be a strong union in IT. But that's never gonna happen.

Anyways our CEO got his compensation. He doesn't care if it doesn't for us...IDIOT
This is really bad, It's expected from us to do everything on time, communicate to customer the dates and deadlines but TCS itself doesn't follow it, it's a decade I devoted to TCS, day by day TCS is ruining it's own credebility and policies.
