Trending @Cognizant; Above 35 days ageing and self resignation

Is there anyone who is on bench for more than 35 days and has resigned on their own. Did you have to serve 90 days notice or you got early release.

90 day is norm..but you can ask for less notice period basis medical thing…fake one as well..it works well

But in this case they will cut our salary, logically they will cut the money for the period they are decreasing. Happened with me in my previous organisation

But you can’t get better job in between 90 days is wayyyyy to long…

I also resign and nowdays HR call me after every 2 to 3 days and telling me that today or tomorrow is your last working day and we will give you 5 months salary but i keeps saying that i can't go with that offer, i want to serve notice period. Let's see what happen.
