Abouts Wings T4

Can anyone please explain the whole process of wings for T4, Like the dates for T4 is 18th may and BS2 and AOA is 19th but in the note its saying hands on are yet to be planned. So is it just MCQ of spring and java on 18th may and do we need to just learn from ievolve courses or are there some other sources for studying this?
