About wings

Hey everyone I'm new to tcs btw , it's just been 4 months and I have been given a technology(webmethods).The problem is this technology isn't in the track for wings, so if anyone has any suggestions regarding which track would be easier to choose because I can't do hands on or anything in office and I have to come home and prepare.
