The company has provided that you can spend 15 days continuous WFH overall in a year and 30 days, is it only on working days or including holidays as well? Because we have to be very specific in these cases, anyone be aware of this?

It includes holidays as well. You can take 15 days continuous WFH anytime in the year, no matter if there are holidays in between.

You can apply only whenever you are not going to office Like weekly three days you can apply and holidays are not included

Just one more information related to this, you can take 7 calendar days of work from home till 31st Dec '24 this year. It will include holidays too!
