At Infosys, we have a quarterly variable pay of 10%. Do we receive the full 100% amount each quarter, or does it vary? Based on your experience, could you please let me know?

Ideally it varies from 60-90%. Can go upto 100 also but very rare case. And it gets credited in 2nd month of next quarter

Variable payout depends on an employee's ratings. Each quarter middle month we get paid the performance bonus/ variable pay. The % of payouts depends on ratings so for e.g. a Met Exp will get 75%, Commendable gets 90%, etc. NI ratings generally don't yield any variable payouts. But last quarter even OS rated folks got around ~95%.
