After LWD when FFS, Service certificate and Release letter is issued?

You will get intial release letter on the same day as your LWD and rest of the documents in about 2-3 weeks.

When does the offboarding start? Would tcs last day and client last day be same as i dont want to report to rmg.

They might ask you to return whole 1.5 years salary by marking unauthorised absent also if you don't return you might face legal actions

I am yet to complete the Notice period. I would most likely try to go office for atleast 1 month.

Hi @prime , i like your honesty, i myself have joined TCS on March and currently doing WFH without approval for 2 months and I'm not scared of anything. Let them layoff, it's for the best.

I have a few questions, can you please assist:

  1. what was your salary when you joined?
  2. Which unit were you part of
  3. What was your base location/client
  4. In cybersecurity terms, how strong is TCS laptops? I myself know few attacks and have some plans to exploit few things, [not for the wrong purpose like client data, or anything, but simply checking if the system has vulnerabilities]

Thanks. I am on Digital profile so standard salary. Location is Delhi. In Laptop terms you get a standard laptop, same as any developer would get. For cybersec you don't need a very powerful machine. I myself used a i3 from 2011 till 2021 with 4gb ddr3 ram for learning.

I work in cybersecurity. In my case all of my team members are from different locations. It was chill back then but in recent months I had a bit of trouble. HRs might escalate the case as well. Also you won't recieve performance pay and your appraisal will be stuck.
