About termination policy

I joint TCS 3 months ago and while giving documents I could provide provisional certificate and passport, instead I have given bonafide and passport acknowledgement.But after three months also I could provide passport and provisional certificate as I am away from hometown.Will TCS take action against me or terminate me ?
