About TCS
Hello Everyone, I have been working as a system engineer at tcs for the past 3 years(C1). And my salary is 4lpa.But no hike. There is no opportunity outside also what should I do now any suggestions. I am looking for an onshore opportunity. Multiple times i met with RMG but no response. And they released me from the project and they told me to report the office daily and i got a reminder 1&2 mail also. What should I do now? Can you please help me
In same boat as you, system Engineer with 3 yrs exp now in rmg. No offers outside and no proper projects in TCS too. Rmg is pressuring to get to project soon but i am not getting calls. Depressed with everything now
Speaking from experience Company Switch is the right answer since you already spend 3 years try to switch into different company with the current skill or since you have time prepare dor any skill you think can get you another job. Because in interview they expect much from you jist the basis but if you stay here, you'll probably become me with 6+ experience and now unable to switch because of comfort zone and prepation is tough. And jjst forget about onsite if you have seniors in your project who are from long time in project because they will be given priority first if any onsite opportunity came. You are in the right experience zone with 3 year just switch and get a salary hike. Later in life you will thank me
And don't worry too much about RMG they will give verbal threat but wont be able to take any action because you are not getting calls from project and it's their responsibility to get projects for you. Use this time to upskill so that you can clear an technical interview and do the bare minimum if already tagged in some project. If still you wanna stay them I'll say try clearing WINGS program. But if you stay here don't expect much career growth without WINGS and you will get stuck like me with low salary and unable to switch
