About switching
When people are trying to switch if they want to switch in some other technologies in some other company, they want an industry experience, for example if a guy did testing one year and have upskilled himself and want to switch then it's difficult because they don't have that industry experience for the technology they have upskilled. How to deal with this situation?
They can mention that they have experience.You just need to clear intervews. Nobody is going to do bgc of that.

I am currently on bench having 3 yrs of exp in support.(I tried for release but those shitty basterds not released me ultimately project got decommissioned).
I upskilled in AWS DevOps in TCS's other projects expecting that they need experience in DevOps.
