I am currently working in Meta project with Career level 12 and have 5.9 years of experience. My current CTC is 4.35 LPA including variable pay. Is it good as per market or should I need to switch?

Hey Im level 12 with 1.7 years experience. My current fixed pay is 4.3lpa and variable pay is 26k. Please do a switch you have experience of level 10.
