About resigning in Accenture

Hi all, I want to resign ,but I joined a new project recently ,and my lead and manager are changing now.and HR.. I need to send mail to new ones or old project ppls.. This new project lead is acting as shit.. Just because I have joined a meeting 5 minutes late.. He is screaming like a dog.. We are workers and they are paying for it.. But they are treating me like I'm a slave.. If they are making it deliberately,I can resign myself..?
