Hi all, I have joined Accenture a fresher and I am not aware of completely the types leaves organisations follows. I wanted to know about the PTO leaves.
- Is this leaves we have to utilise with the amount which we receive every fortnight( i.e 0.83 hours) OR
- Can we use our casual leaves as PTO based on the requesting 15 days prior in the PTO calendar.
Please spread some light on me about this. And please let me know the process about how we can request. Thanks 😊

You can use your casual leaves..it is yours. More than 3 consecutive, would require you to produce a medical certificate i think.
