About promotion

My promotion is pending under HR corporate more than 6 months. They are telling i am not eligible for promotion as I am completing my 4yr in tcs this month only(march). Is the chance to get promoted as a IT analyst in april??

This is point less, you are eligible for any kind of promotion after you complete 3 years or 3 bands should be available. That's it. If you are a good resource your manager will push or else you have to start black mail that you will leave
