Hi, My PiP started 3 weeks ago and this is my last week. review calls happened for each week and after completing everything still not getting a good rating. I can see that i am in target and they are in a good mood to fire me because i am giving 100% still they find something to mark me as red.
Please help what can i do, should i resign or wait for this week's review call or HR connect?
And if they decide to get me out? Should i have to serve the notice period or it will be an immediate termination. And if they terminate me what pay will be given? What about notice period pay, severance pay, earned leave, gratuity ?
Why are you wasting your energy in clearing the PIP? Instead of giving 100% here, start looking outside.
I planned to stay here while preparing for a switch since this is a support project and I’m just two months away from completing two years of experience.
I’m also under financial pressure and don’t have a backup offer. I know I need to prepare more before applying elsewhere, which is why I’ve been putting in my best effort.
But now it feels like they may be planning to let me go.
