About notice period

. I submitted my resignation on 28th August and my project release is scheduled for 30th September. In this context, I would like to understand whether RMG will require me to serve the full three-month notice period.

It totally depends on your RMG. Some of them release early. Others would want you to spend 3 months NP before letting you go.
