I am currently on notice period at capgemini with my last working day being december 4th octomber 25 th will be my last working day on the project today i received an email from hr asking about me to connect on 31 st but they did not mention topic for discussion Are they releasing me early What do you think call could be about?

Could be about exit formalities or feedback. Early release is rare, so don't get your hopes up too high.
