About Meesho order return

Would I be able to return my Meesho order? I ordered clothes from Meesho and it showed delivery after 8 days. But now the order came on the 5th day only and I am not available at the location due to some emergency. The delivery guy called me and I said I am not available. I want to return the package back, but it is already a paid order.

What should I do? Would they return the order and refund my money, because it sounds risky? How is their customer service?

I would ask some neighbour to collect my order.
Or, I will request the delivery guy if it is possible to deliver it on a particular date when I am available.
