About lwd and release
My manager sent on email after resignation mail that LWD will be 28th November but the 2nd level of approval is not done yet and it has been 17days.Even hrs are following up with him but still he is not approving.i just want to know what could be the consequences if he doesn't approve till 28th November? Any guess?
After resignation they cannot hold you more than 3 month, don't worry about approvals.
Problem is I asked them for early release and they agreed and they wrote in email saying 28th November will be lwd keeping HRBP in cc.but the 2nd level supervisor is not approving yet
In italent page first level approval is done and it is showing pending with 2nd level
The day u send email for separation your notice period starts as per Policy...hence don't worry....
Where we can track this can you help me know ?
