About Leave policy

I joined TCS in December 2023. I have over 6 years of experience in Networking and Cloud. Now, I am looking to pursue my MS in the US or UK or Australia. Can I apply for leave for this? Also, once I finish my MS, do I need to rejoin TCS India or the TCS office in the country where I completed my MS?
