In some unit it's transparent... But some units u need to ask if you're eligible then just ask ur manager... He'll nominate u

Bro I have joined last year November and I have no idea on L1 and L2 like how long we should wait for L1 promotion and what and all we should do to be eligible for the promotion

probably they'll give 1year after confirmation and u need to check with ur unit anchor or manager for learning path to complete... And ask them to nominate u
