About joining in Infosys as sub contractor
Recently i have received an offer from nityo infotech as a sub contractor in infosys. They are saying that this job can be converted into infosys within 3-6 months but I’m not sure. I need advice is it safe to join as sub contractor or not as nowadays job market is not stable.
Multiple things: as per infosys policy, any contractor cannot work more than 6 months, either he/she needs to convert employee or management has to release him if he/she not performing good.
So, If you perform well , you can convert into employee after 6 months.
Else, there will be cool off period of a month after 6 months and again you can work as a contractor for the same project if manager agrees for the both cases and project should be long term.
Please check project duration.
