About Increment on completion of First Anniversary

Hi Folks, I am a Fresher, I will be completing my First Anniversary in October, I know there will be Anniversary Appraisal.

After that do we get the band again in March and Salary gets increased again in March 🤔.

Any leads would be helpful.
